Core Fitness is run by Caspar Budden who is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist. Core Fitness was developed in partnership with the Fettle Clinic who specialise in treating sports injury and back pain. Core strength and stability is so important when it comes to aiding and preventing back pain. We have developed a comprehensive range of services that will help you do exactly that.
My fitness philosophy is to design classes and exercise programs that are safe, sustainable and effective for every individual I work with.
During our personal training sessions we will utilise my Micro Gym which is based in the Dunbar Business Centre. All sessions are private, The complete focus of each session is you, from the equipment we use, the exercises performed and the music being played. Wether or not you are new to the gym environment or a seasoned pro, you will love the freedom an empty gym gives you.
Using my knowledge as a personal trainer, pilates instructor and massage therapist, I am able to design a program that is specific to you and your needs. Every program that I design is unique for each individual I work with.
