The Core Board Fitness Class is a new, fun and exciting exercise class unlike anything that you have done before. It is the first and only of its kind in Scotland and I am the only recognised instructor in the country.
This class is unique as it utilises the Indo Board, a balance training device, which is designed to simulate being on a surf board. It was originally made for surfers to train in the winter months but I have designed a class that is accessible for everyone to enjoy.
During the class, we do various exercises that challenge the entire body. A lot of the movements such as squats or press ups may be familiar, however while using the board they will feel very different. When performing these movements the focus is on core engagement and correct posture.
